MacCall Management was established in 1994 as a Hotel Management and Development company primarily for the Crystal Inn Hotels. Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites is a privately held, boutique, independent hotel chain that is concentrated in the Western Region of the United States. The first Crystal Inn Hotel opened in downtown Salt Lake City in 1994.
The popularity of Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites’ brand of hospitality is evidenced by its success. Crystal champions the staff and leadership in her hotels for their dedication to “delight every guest, every day, one at a time.” That mission statement underscores Crystal’s high expectations.
With 25+ years’ experience in making our guests smile, experience with hotels such as Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites, Choice branded hotels, IHG branded hotels, and other industry brand hotels; our Management Team is ready to deliver results in Operations, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, HR, and Accounting. MacCall Management creates an environment in treating our associates the way we want our guests treated. We take pride in regular visits to the properties for quality control, involvement in the day-to-day operations of each property, and most importantly, maintaining our focus on profitability and ROI for owners.
Development of new site locations are constantly being evaluated so that more and more travelers can enjoy our “Friendly, Home-Away-From-Home” experience. Given the similarities between Hotel Management and Development, we are evaluating opportunities for management services and investment opportunities in the Senior Independent and Assisted Living industry as well as Multifamily.
